Bio

Anthony focuses his practice on personal injury, insurance recovery claims matters. As a former insurance defense attorney, Anthony handles all aspects of personal injury and insurance claims with the benefit of knowing how insurance companies address these disputes. Anthony has a proven reputation for effective defense strategies and achieving the best possible results for his clients in both federal and state courts. Prior to founding the firm, Anthony worked at one of the largest law firms in Florida where he handled complex litigation matters for individuals and companies alike. A Miami-native and active member of the South Florida community, Anthony now puts his invaluable litigation experience to work for his clients throughout the State of Florida.

• Represented a construction company in an insurance claim arising out of construction defects and property damage and recovered an eight-figure settlement amount.
• Represented a restaurant in an insurance claim arising out of property damage and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
• Represented a commercial company in an insurance claim arising out of business interruption and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
• Represented a homeowner in an insurance claim arising out of property damage resulting from Hurricane Irma and recovered a six-figure settlement amount.
• Represented an individual in a lawsuit arising out of injuries resulting from an automobile accident and recovered a six-figure settlement amount.
• Represented a pedestrian in a lawsuit arising out of injuries resulting from a hit-and-run accident and recovered a six-figure settlement amount.
• Represented the estate of an individual in a wrongful death action and recovered a seven-figure settlement amount.
